- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging intact
- Receipt or order number provided
- No stains, smells, marks, or damage
3. Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and operational reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Custom size caps
- Special handcrafted or personalized caps
- Kids caps if opened or tried
- Sale or clearance items
- Any cap showing signs of wear
