You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must reach us within this period to qualify for a refund.


2. Return Eligibility Checklist

Your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Receipt or order number provided
  • No stains, smells, marks, or damage

3. Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom size caps
  • Special handcrafted or personalized caps
  • Kids caps if opened or tried
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any cap showing signs of wear

4. How to Start a Return

Return process is simple:

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back.

5. Refund Process

  • Our team will inspect the returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash within 5 to 7 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check your bank/payment provider, then contact us.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item and place a new order.
